- 1. The promoter is Leo Muller Motors Pty Ltd (ABN 12009737213), 75 Sandgate Road, Albion, QLD 4010, 07 3624 7899.
- 2. The competition commences at Monday 1st April 2012 and concludes at Saturday 30 June 2012 at 12:00pm.
- 3. The draw will take place at 75 Sandgate Road, Albion, QLD 4010.
- 4. The winner will be selected by random draw on Monday 2 June, 2012, their details will be published online at www.jeepescape.com.au and will be notified by telephone during regular business hours; in writing and via email using the details provided by the winning participant’s entry.
- 5. It is a mandatory requirement for registrants to supply their details (first name, last name, email address, address and phone number). To be a valid registrant, all details must be completed correctly (errors and omissions accepted at the Promoter’s sole discretion).
- 6. Entry is open to Australian residents who enter online or via the entry form. Entrants must be over the age of 18. Employees and their immediate families of Leo Muller Motors and its related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter this competition.
- 7. Entry into the competition will be accepted by a) online at www.jeepescape.com.au or b) by entry coupon.
- 8. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- 9. If the winner cannot be notified or contacted by telephone, email, or letter within fourteen days of the draw a new replacement winner shall be drawn.
- 10. Subject to availability. Voucher valid for 6 months from winner being announced. Not valid during peak periods.
